- Propose Concrete Solutions to Boost Sales: Develop recommendations on sales techniques, staff training, and merchandising optimization.
- Design a Tailored Action Plan for Kontakt: Incorporate elements of Tunisian culture and eco-friendly values into strategies to strengthen the brand identity.
- Create a Detailed Final Report: Include key performance indicators (KPIs) and an execution timeline for recommendations.
