Profile:
- Education level: BTP, BTS, Bachelor’s degree, or Engineering degree in Textile, Apparel, or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years’ experience in senior roles combining management and garment manufacturing expertise is required.
- Strong knowledge of production techniques, management tools, and constraints specific to the garment manufacturing industry.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies for the evolution of production resources and the improvement of products and processes.
- Define production objectives in line with the guidelines and directives set by General Management.
- Prepare production dashboards, analyze performance gaps, and report to General Management.
- Ensure optimal use of human and material resources across production workshops.
- Plan, implement, and supervise production operations.
- Propose improvements to processes, products, and work tools.
