    Personal Chef

    Are you seeking an exceptional opportunity to showcase your skills as a Personal Chef? If so, we have a position for you within our team at DE.M.CO Group (operating in Textile-Apparel, aluminum, and the environment). We are looking to expand our team and are in need of a talented Personal Chef whose mission will be the administrative management of employees.

    Main Tasks:

    • Overseeing the administrative management of human resources (attendance, discipline, dress code, complaints, searches, cafeteria, etc.).
    • Preparing legal management documents: employment contracts, occupational health, etc.
    • Ensuring compliance with collective agreements and internal regulations in the daily operation of the company.
    • Preparing all regulatory documents related to personnel management (social contributions, drafting employment contracts, etc.).
    • Maintaining up-to-date individual administrative records for each employee.
    • Developing all social dashboards to monitor personnel activity (absenteeism, compensation, leave, etc.).
    • Supervising, leading, and supporting HR assistants.
    • Coordinating and collaborating with various HR stakeholders (recruitment, training & development, infirmary, etc.), internal partners (Works Council, Occupational Health and Safety Committee, etc.), and external partners (Labor Inspectorate, Employment Office, Training Center, etc.).
    • Controlling and validating KPIs related to the administrative management of human resources (job classification, turnover, etc.) and documents related to audit types (SA 8000, ISO 9001, etc.).
    • Reviewing the summary calculation of timekeeping, pre-simulation of payroll, and processing salaries.

    Profile:

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) or higher.
    • Training: Human resources management, law, business administration, labor sciences, or similar.
    • Training in ISO 9001 & SA 8000.
    • Solid foundation in labor law.
    • Mastery of HR function aspects.
    • Leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.

    A minimum of 5 years of experience is recommended.
