Tasks :
- Social Trend Analysis: Identify the most sought-after categories and designs (jackets, sweatshirts, pants) on social media to guide the upcycling strategy.
- Creation of Unique and Productive Pieces: Develop limited-edition models from second-choice items while ensuring industrial feasibility.
- Powerful Visual Storytelling: Document the transformation process (before/after videos, detail highlights) to captivate online audiences and enhance perceived product value.
- Cultural and Local Identity: Incorporate Tunisian elements (embroidery, artisanal patterns) into the designs to enrich their uniqueness and storytelling.
- Viral Campaign: Develop a digital strategy in collaboration with influencers, emphasizing the sustainability and exclusivity of the pieces.
