DE.M.CO Group is seeking a passionate and dynamic Community Manager to join our digital communication team. As a Community Manager, you will be at the heart of our digital strategy, tasked with energizing our online community and continually enhancing our brand image on the web.
Main tasks:
- Engage and manage the fan community across various online communication channels, creating active and engaging dialogues.
- Design and share compelling content (articles, graphics, photos, videos, etc.) to boost engagement and strengthen the brand’s online presence.
- Implement paid search (SEA) campaigns and SEO strategies to improve online visibility.
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify new digital trends to stay ahead.
- Analyze the performance of digital actions through statistical reports to optimize future strategies.
- Contribute to the development of a comprehensive digital strategy in collaboration with the marketing team and actively participate in enhancing the brand image.
Desired Profile:
- Bac+3 or higher in marketing, communication, or related fields, with a strong digital component.
- At least 2 years of successful experience in online community management and engaging content creation.
- Proficiency in e-marketing tools and techniques, with an in-depth knowledge of social networks.
- Creative mindset capable of proposing original campaigns and quickly responding to trends.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team, establish trustful relationships with communities, and stimulate engagement.
