DE.M.CO Group, an innovative leader in the fashion sector, is seeking a Senior Commercial Merchandiser. This critical role leads our merchandising initiatives and commercial development through B2B channels, ensuring strategic alignment and growth of our client portfolio.
Main tasks:
- Control and optimize the product assortment at B2B clients, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
- Replenish stock and manage product inventory based on sales performance and specific client needs.
- Drive commercial expansion by identifying and securing potential new clients, and developing lasting relationships.
- Oversee the preparation and analysis of detailed sales reports to adjust merchandising strategies based on market trends.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to design and execute targeted promotional campaigns.
Profile:
- Advanced degree in Business, Commerce, Management, or equivalent.
- Significant experience of at least 3 years or more in merchandising or commercial management, ideally in the fashion or consumer goods sector.
- Proven ability to negotiate and influence key decision-makers.
- Excellent understanding of market dynamics and the ability to interpret sales data to guide strategic decisions.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a talent for leadership and team management.
- Customer service orientation and the ability to solve problems effectively.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Availability for frequent travel.
