    DE.M.CO Group, a leading player in its industry, is seeking a Commercial with a passion for sales and unmatched dynamism to join our sales team. In this strategic role, you will be the driving force behind our B2B sales development, exploring franchise models or partnerships, and ensuring brand consistency across all sales channels.

    Main tasks:

    • Boost sales through targeted visits to large and medium-sized stores (GMS) and franchises, strengthening business relationships and uncovering new opportunities.
    • Conduct thorough on-site follow-ups to tailor the offer to the needs of the sales points while reinforcing the brand presence. Summarize these findings in strategic reports to guide future actions.
    • Efficiently manage payments and stock, ensuring smooth resource management to maximize partner satisfaction.
    • Continuously analyze the market to adjust commercial strategies to trends and product performance.
    • Innovate in commercial proposals with an in-depth market understanding, aiming to expand market share and strengthen the brand image.


    • Higher education in commerce, sales, or equivalent.
    • At least 2 years of significant experience in the sales field, ideally in the ready-to-wear sector.
    • Proficiency in sales techniques and negotiation, with a strong results orientation.
    • Excellent market knowledge, products, and key industry players.
    • Analytical skills to assess performance and adapt strategies.
    • Customer service orientation and ability to solve problems effectively.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
    • Availability for frequent travel.

    📍Location: Tunis, Monastir or Moknine.
